Moscow Absolut is a mixed-use development located adjacent to a lush green recreation area along the Moskva River.
Developed to be a lush, luxurious representation of nature that uses Russian marble quarries as a material and conceptual reference within the landscape, the concept design was developed over several months of collaboration between the New York and London offices of Martha Schwartz Partners.
A complete landscape masterplan was undertaken, including:
-Environmental analysis
-Vehicular and pedestrian circulation analysis and design
-Functional zone analysis and planning
-Vegetation analysis and design
-Material analysis and schedule
